MEET HALEY

Haley is the biz bestie you never realized how much you needed. She spent upwards of two decades in corporate leadership prior to taking the (ultra terrifying) leap into the world of entrepreneurship in building The West Collective from the ground up. She gets it. She knows what it's like to do stuff scared. She knows what it's like to start from nothing and have big dreams that require work AND help.

MEET HALEY

I’m an Arizona native who’s been married to my husband for 12.5 years and is team #girlmama with 3 little ladies at home. I’m an AS and GCU alum and worked just shy of two decades in healthcare administration prior to pivoting into entrepreneurship and starting The West Collective.

My favorite part about creating The West Collective is the ability to partner with other small business owners in creating intentional strategies when showing up for their businesses online. It’s the place where my love of leadership challenge, challenge solving and creativity collide!
